The name of this writer is Joselito G. Basilio. He hails from Pampanga, a province that produced two Philippine presidents, one Senate president, two Supreme Court Justices, one Cardinal and one Gambling Lord who produced two presidents. He is a Political Science graduate and now enrolled in Harvardian College of Law.
