Before speedying this out, I will see if I can clean it up and fix the copy vio issues. I don't really know him but fixing the copy vio should be straight forward. Pharmboy (talk) 15:48, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

• ugly but effective enough removal of copyvio material. I would normally have pulled the speedy tag since it isn't my article, but because I did so much editing, feel it wouldn't be proper and confident admin will remove anyway. Article still needs content and citations (which are very hard to find) but passes wp:notability, wp:copyvio, and wp:v now. Pharmboy (talk) 16:08, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

The copy vio has been in the article since the first revision. This article needs to be deleted. A non-infringing article can then be created. BlueAzure (talk) 16:14, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

You are claiming a speedy delete for the article's history now, for the sole purpose of deleting the history. That doesn't seem kosher. Can you link me the policy that says this is the proper method for recreating the article? As is, the article passes copyvio and deleting and recreating seems pointless. Isn't my article, I just hopped in because it seemed simple enough to fix and the guy is obviously notable. Pharmboy (talk) 16:29, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for the link and education. I created Talk:Joshua Feinman/Temp‎ with the existing proper content (per the policies), so the article can be recreated after the speedy. I will rm the main page and hangon to speed up the process. Pharmboy (talk) 16:43, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
