Joseph O'Neill's lates book Netherland is featured on the cover of the Sunday New York Times Book Review for May 18th, 2008, which I think makes it sort of obvious that he is notable enough to warrant his own article. The author was also the subject of an article in the New York Times which might be of use to fill out his biography. See http://www.nytimes.com/2008/05/17/books/17cric.html?ref=review.
