[edit] Prosecution

Is there any weight to claims about the blogosphere that his prosecution was politically motivated, stemming from his refusal to hand over customer records? I'm inclined to doubt that there is but it may be worth looking into. Reb42 (talk) 06:10, 12 December 2007 (UTC)
