Nice, concise article. I've been seeing lots of Eichlers featured on "House Hunters" on HGTV, so I looked him up . . . and discovered that Marinwood, where I lived in the early '60s, is almost entirely Eichler homes. My entire neighborhood is Eichlers. Apparently, my neighborhood decided that they were a kind of historical landmark so you aren't allowed to remodel =( Cdrdude 00:56, 21 March 2007 (UTC)
