My memory is hazy, but I really don't think Tracy Whitehead appeared on Howard Stern as part of a "publicity tour". She won a contest for the worse hard-luck story. This link backs me up

It appears that a user from IP address 71.130.78.82 has been hard at work defending their favorite spree killer. There are a lot of NPOV problems and unsourced claims here. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.190.119.234 (talk) 05:10, 1 June 2008 (UTC)
