[edit] Korean Bias

The claim that Old Chosun was founded in 2300 BCE needs to be supported. It has no archeological evidence and little textual evidence to back up that claim. So far, Old Chosun is only a legend and nothing more.

Or be expanded into an article? Also, shouldn't the Chinese and Japanese names be moved from the text to the name table? — I thought that was the whole point of name tables. Kokiri 09:34, 11 July 2005 (UTC)

[edit] The case of the vanishing content

This article has lost an impressive amount of content over the past few months -- all of the discussion of the meaning of the name, also the name table. I could dig it all back out of the history, but perhaps there is a reason that it was removed? -- Visviva 12:52, 6 January 2006 (UTC)

i think this page essentially works as a disambiguation page, with etymological discussion belonging in Names of Korea. if i deleted something useful, it was probably unintentionally lost in the transition to Names of Korea, so feel free to add there. Appleby 15:43, 6 January 2006 (UTC)
