Jose Fadul was my classmate at the NCI of NCC when it was still located inside Camp Aguinaldo. He was the top guy in our EDP (Electronic Data Processing), PLF (Program Logic Formulation), and COBOL programming classes in 1985. He had speech defect but he solved problem sets amazingly fast.
