I don't think José Carlos Fernandes Vidigal is his brother, as their surname were different (Fernandes Vidigal and da Cruz Vidigal). And UEFA.com was mentioned José Vidigal has Angolan internationals brother played in African Cup of Nations 1998, and also the guardian, a article from a broadcaster, seems a third hand source, as the broadcaster did not say where he knew it.
