Does anyone know if José Gonçalves ever received a Swiss passport? It seems a bit pointless to refer to him as Swiss only on the basis that he had the opportunity to get Swiss citizenship, especially given that he played in an U-21 friendly for Portugal.Caledonian Place 16:39, 7 November 2006 (UTC)

Ok, scratch that, he did get Swiss citizenship. However, did he declare for Switzerland before his 21st birthday (the cut-off point for changing nationality once you have appeared in a non-competative U-21 game for a different country)? Caledonian Place 16:53, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
