Josh "Chip" Walters is a rock music drummer born in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. He is primarily known as the drummer for The Juliana Theory's two final records. He replaced original drummer and co-founder Neil Hebrank.
Walters replaced Jeff Gretz and then was drummer from beginning until May 2007 for the Greensburg's own metalcore band, Zao.
He also lends drum duties to Scott Mellinger's Jade Meridian. Walters' start as a musician came with the band Pensive (that featured Juliana Theory and Zao alumni Chad Alan, Brett Detar, and Marty Lunn.
Before his music career, Walters was well known regionally as a talented high school football player.
