Joshua Kearney "Jerry" Millner (1849 – November 11, 1931) was a Dublin born British shooter.
He won a gold medal in the 1908 Summer Olympics in London, in the event Free rifle at 1000 yards. When he won the medal, he was 61 years and 4 days old, and one of the oldest gold medalists ever. He also finished 9th in the single-shot running deer event and 15th in the double-shot running deer event.
