Josh Vitters

Josh Vitters is a third base prospect[1] who was drafted by the Chicago Cubs of Major League Baseball 3rd overall in the 2007 Major League Baseball Draft.[2] As of the draft, Vitters measures up at 6-2, 190 pounds, and hits from the right side of the plate[3]

Vitters was an AFLAC All-American Prep Third Baseman for Cypress High School in Cypress, CA [4]

Vitters is considered to be an advanced player at any level, and if he stays at third base, he has the potential to become a star.

Vitters was drafted by the Chicago Cubs with the 3rd overall pick of the 2007 amateur draft and signed with the Cubs on August 15, 2007.
