Joshua Lee Stamer (born October 11, 1977 in Sutherland, Iowa) is an American football linebacker for the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League. He was originally signed by the New York Giants as an undrafted free agent in 2001. He played college football at South Dakota.
Stamer has also been a member of the Seattle Seahawks and Buffalo Bills in his career.

Stamer attended South O'Brien High School in Paulina, Iowa and was a letterman in football, basketball, baseball, and track. He was an All-State honoree in football and track. Joshua Stamer graduated from South O'Brien High School in 1995.
