Joshua Wayne Rabe (born October 15, 1978 in Quincy, Illinois) is an outfielder with the Camden Riversharks. He made his major league debut for the Minnesota Twins on July 18, 2006 at the Metrodome.
Rabe attended Unity High School in Mendon, Illinois. He played college baseball at Quincy University, a Division II member of the Great Lakes Valley Conference.
Rabe was outrighted to the minor leagues on October 5, 2007. Refusing the assignment, he opted for free agency.

- Rabe was a member of the 2002 Grapefruit League Western Division All Star team along with Fort Myers Miracle teammate Beau Kemp.
- Rabe recorded his first Major League hit on July 18, 2006 against the Tampa Bay Devil Rays.
- Made his Major League Debut July 17, 2006 as a pinch runner for Jason Bartlett in the 8th inning.
- Rabe recorded his first career 3 hit game July 27, 2006 against the Chicago White Sox, going 3 for 5 with three singles.
- Rabe hit his first major league home run July 29, 2006 against the Detroit Tigers.
- While with the Rochester Red Wings, volunteered his time to work a clinic at Penfield Little League
