Josh Outman

Josh Outman (born September 14, 1984, in St. Louis, Missouri) is an American baseball pitcher in the Philadelphia Phillies organization. He was named the 12th best prospect in the Phillies organization in 2007.[1] Outman currently plays for the Double-A Reading Phillies.
