Josh Clark (born August 16, 1955 in Bethesda, Maryland) is American actor.

Clark initially his acting career consisted of small parts in various films, and in 1986 he moved into TV, scoring guest spots on LA Law, Cheers and an Apple Macintosh commercial as a sales rep.

Clark also played Kulomani, General of the Brakiri Army, in Babylon 5, marking his first depiction of an alien, and he followed that with one of his favorite roles, that of the cigarette-smoking alien "Special Agent Kendarr" in Crusade, a spin on The X Files. Additionally, Clark has played roles in The Invisible Man, and plays a psychotic astronaut possessed by an alien in the movie Darkbreed. Speaking of psychos, Clark was thrilled to be one of Millennium's first serial killers, in the episode "Weeds."

Clark has also acted in mainstream works, including the films Inherit the Wind, Ragtime and Big, among others. He has guest-starred in many television dramas, and has a long list of New York stage credits including the March Hare in Alice In Wonderland on Broadway and several plays at the Manhattan Theater Club.

Clark is best known for his portrayal of long-term recurring Star Trek: Voyager character Lieutenant Joseph "Joe" Carey .
