Joseph V. Perry (13 February 1931 - 23 February 2000) was an American actor possibly best known for his work in Everybody Loves Raymond.

Perry started his career in 1955 and appeared in several films and television shows. He got his first big role when he appeared in The Twilight Zone. He failed to land any mainstream roles until 1978 when he got several roles in shows such as The Incredible Hulk, MacGyver, Cheers, Murder, She Wrote and Seinfeld. He then got his biggest role until his death where he gained the role as Nemo, a pizza restaurant owner. He gained the role in 1998.

In February 2000, Perry's diabetes got worse and on the 13th he passed away due to the illness. His last appearance in Everybody Loves Raymond was shown posthumously when his restaurant got bought out.
