Joseph Rudolph Grimes

Joseph Rudolph Grimes (1923 – September 7, 2007[1]) was a leading politician in Liberia.

He was the second foreign minister under President William Tubman (1960 – 1972). He was preceded by Momolu Dukuly and was replaced by Rocheforte Lafayette Weeks.
