Joseph Cardinal Parecattil (Born April 1. 1912 - February 20, 1987) is a deceased Indian cardinal of the Syro-Malabar Church. From 1956 to 1984 he was the Bishop of the Diocese of Eranakulam-Angamaly, being created a Cardinal in 1969. In 1972 he was made President of the Roman Curia's Pontifical Commission for the Revision of Code of Oriental Canon Law.
