Joseph Kevin Bracken (1852 - 2 May 1904) from Templemore, Co. Tipperary, Ireland, was a builder who spent his early years in America. He is most famous for being one of the seven founder members in 1884 of the Gaelic Athletic Association. He was a lifelong supporter of the Fenian movement. The local Gaelic Athletic Association club in Templemore J.K. Brackens GAA is named after him.

He married twice, and was the father of Brendan Bracken, a minister in the British Government during World War II when Winston Churchill was British Prime Minister.
