Joseph Campanella

Joseph Campanella (born November 21, 1933[1] in New York City) is an Emmy-nominated American character actor who has appeared in over 200 TV and film roles since 1955, including such shows as Mission: Impossible, Gunsmoke, The Golden Girls, and Mama's Family. In 1967, he was Joe Mannix's partner before the P.I. went solo and started his own firm. He played Ann Romano's ex-husband, Ed Cooper, in seven episodes of One Day At A Time (1975-1984). The actor had a prominent role as Harper Deveraux on the soap opera Days of our Lives from 1987 to 1988 and from 1990 to 1992, and a recurring role on The Bold and the Beautiful from 1997 to 2003. He is the brother of actor Frank Campanella who died in December, 2006.
