Joseni or Gyergyóalfalu (Romanian: Joseni; Hungarian: Gyergyóalfalu) is a commune in Harghita County, Romania comprising 3 villages:
- Borzont/Borzont
- Bucin/Bucsin
- Joseni/Gyergyóalfalu

The commune has an absolute Székely (Hungarian) majority. According to the 2002 census it has a population of 5,721; of which 97.66% or 5,587 are Hungarian.
