Jose Villagran Garcia

Jose Villagran Garcia is a Mexican architect known for developing several theories of modern architecture and designing the master plan for the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico (U. N. A. M.) and the building of the architecture faculty.

He studied archirecture from 1918 to 1922 in the Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes before it became part of the U. N. A. M., where he eventually directed the faculty.
