José Luis Villanueva (born March 19, 1913) was an amateur boxer from the Philippines who competed at the 1932 Los Angeles Olympics.

In 1932 he won the bronze medal in the bantamweight class after winning the third place fight against Joseph Lang.

He was born in Binondo, Manila.
