José Oscar "Turu" Flores (born May 16, 1971 in Buenos Aires) is an Argentine football striker. He played for a number of clubs in Argentina and Spain as well as representing the Argentina national football team on two occasions in 1994.

Flores started his career with Vélez Sársfield in 1990, he went on to play a major part in the clubs most successful era in the mid 1990s. During his time at the club, they won three league titles, the Copa Libertadores in 1994, the Copa Intercontinental, Copa Interamericana and the Supercopa Sudamericana.

In 1996 Flores joined Las Palmas in the Spanish Segunda División. In 1998 he joined Deportivo de La Coruña in La Liga where he was part of the championship winning team of 1999-2000. He also won the Supercopa de España in 2000.

Flores then played for Real Valladolid, Mallorca and Ciudad de Murcia before returning to Argentina in 2004 to play for Independiente.

In 2006 while at Alvarado de Mar del Plata Flores announced his retirement from football only to join Lyn Oslo in Norway in March 2007.^[1][2] While at Lyn he only played 45 mintues of a first-round cup game.^[3]
