José Makila Sumanda

José Makila Sumanda (born September 20, 1959), is the current governor of Équateur province, Democratic Republic of the Congo. He is a former Minister of Public Works and Infrastructure (2005-2006), and took office as governor on January 27, 2007. He is a member of the Movement for the Liberation of Congo.
