José Luis Garcés (born 6 May 1981 in Panama City, Panama) is a Panamanian football forward who currently plays for Bulgarian A PFG club PFC CSKA Sofia. His nickname is El Pistolero.
Previously, he played in Portugal for Bwin Liga team C.F. Os Belenenses. He made his debut for the Panama national football team in 2000 against Canada.
He was transferred from Nacional to CSKA Sofia for 450 000 Euros.[citation needed] Unfortunatley he's been plagued with injuries during the season and has'nt been getting enough playing time.
