José Justavino (born December 2, 1981) is a Panama football (soccer) striker, who currently plays for Honduran club Motagua. Justavino is a small but very agile and fast foward. He was brought to Honduras by Ramon Maradiaga after viewing his performance in the 2007 Central American regional club tournament against Olimpia and Motagua.
