José Jaikel

José Jaikel (born 3 April 1966) is a former Costa Rican soccer player who played most of his career with Deportivo Saprissa, during the 1980s and 1990s.
With Saprissa, he won several national championships, as well as one CONCACAF Champions Cups. He also played with C.S. Herediano, before retiring.
He was part of the national team squad, that played in the 1990 FIFA World Cup held in Italy, but did't have any actual playing time. Nicknamed 'El Tanque', because of his strength and build, the striker was key in Saprissa's championships at the end of the 80's.
