José Freire Falcão

José Cardinal Freire Falcão (born October 23, 1925) is a Brazilian clergyman, the former archbishop of Brasília and a cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church.
He was born in Ereré.
Just six months short of his 80th birthday, Freire Falcão was one of the cardinal electors who participated in the 2005 papal conclave that selected Pope Benedict XVI.
