[edit] Welcome to Wikipedia!

Dear Jorboruk: Welcome to Wikipedia, a free and open-content encyclopedia. I hope you enjoy contributing. To help get you settled in, I thought you might find the following pages useful:

Don't worry too much about being perfect. Very few of us are! Just in case you are not perfect, click here to see how you can avoid making common mistakes.

If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions.

Wikipedians try to follow a strict policy of never biting new users. If you are unsure of how to do something, you are welcome to ask a more experienced user such as an administrator. One last bit of advice: please sign any discussion comment with four tildes (~~~~). The software will automatically convert this into your signature which can be altered in the "Preferences" tab at the top of the screen. I hope I have not overwhelmed you with information. If you need any help just let me know. Once again welcome to Wikipedia, and don't forget to tell us about yourself and be BOLD!--Andeh 01:45, 1 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Gorg Mallia (2004) small.jpg

Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:Gorg Mallia (2004) small.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Jusjih 15:38, 5 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Marie Louise Kold

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Marie Louise Kold, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.saatchi-gallery.co.uk/yourgallery/artist_profile/artpage/35386.html. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot 18:21, 2 September 2007 (UTC)

The article had two problems. First, it was copied from another website. Second, it read like a promotional piece as opposed to a neutral encyclopedia article. Feel free to write a new article about the subject in your own words, taking care to follow Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy. Thanks! -- But|seriously|folks  17:48, 26 September 2007 (UTC)
Sorry, I had to delete the new version as it was still obviously copied from http://www.saatchi-gallery.co.uk/yourgallery/artist_profile/artpage/35386.html. You can't change a few words in someone else's text and call it your own. -- But|seriously|folks  16:26, 2 October 2007 (UTC)
