Talk:Jorge Garcia
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The suggestion that the role of Hurley on Lost was specifically written for Jorge is SIMPLY INNACCURATE. I have heard a radio interview in which he says he auditioned for someone else (possibly Jack) before he got the role of Hurley. I will attempt to get a podcast of this interview and I won't edit the page yet.
- What I understood was that he auditioned for the role of Jack, but the writers, on seeing his audition THEN decided to write a part for him. Conor 22:12, 5 May 2007 (UTC)
He's great in Lost. Does he remind anyone else of Artie Lang???
-
- He reminds me of Rowlf from the Muppets, especially the way his hair hangs on the side like large Rowlf dog ears.
Is April 28, 1979 his correct birth date? He is listed as April 28, 1973 on IMDB.
-
- He is also listed as being born in 1974 (on TV.com)
The article says: "... and as of 2006 stars as Hugo "Hurley" Reyes in the American television series Lost." But lost started airing in September 2004, so I'll be changing the year.--Cirilobeto 05:12, 29 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Filmography
Why was the filmography section removed? - Throw 22:47, 26 April 2007 (UTC)

Armageddon (1998): I cannot find any reference to Jorge in any cast listing for Armageddon (1998). Please specify where this information came from here or in the links section. If he was an uncredited extra, please specify to the side of the entry, otherwise the entry will be removed. Thanks Inferno760 (talk) 09:59, 7 January 2008 (UTC)
