Jorge Zaffino
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Jorge Zaffino (1960–2002) was a comic book artist born in Argentina.
He did relatively little work in the U.S but it seems he is considered a very influential artist by a number of his colleagues.[who?] He is mostly known for his Punisher graphic novels: Kingdom Gone, Assassin's Guild. He also did The Savage Sword of Conan, Terror Inc., Clive Barker's Hellraiser and The 'Nam for Marvel and Winter World for Eclipse.
A follow up to Winter World called Winter Sea was entierly written and drawn[1] for Marvel Comics but was never published due to changes of Marvel Comic's policy on creator-owned books at the time. [2] A third chapter of the Winter World saga was also planned, titled Winter War.[3]
