Jorge Torlades O'Neill (December 15, 1815 – November 18, 1890), was the head of the Clanaboy O'Neill dynasty, whose family has been in Portugal since the 18th century. He was officially recognized by the offices of arms throughout Europe as titular Prince and Count of Clanaboy, but he refused to use this title, using instead the style O'Neill of Clannaboy. He was the first son of the previous head José Maria O'Neill and wife Ludovina de Jesus Alves Solano.
