Jordi Sans Juan (August 3, 1965 in Barcelona, Catalonia) is a former water polo player from Spain, who was a member of the national team that won the gold medal at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia. Four years earlier, when his home town of Barcelona hosted the Games, he was on the side that captured the silver medal. In total Sans played in five consecutive Summer Olympics for his native country, starting in 1984.
