Jordana Ariel Spiro (born April 12, 1977) is an American film and television actress. As of 2006, she stars in the TBS comedy series My Boys as "P.J. Franklin".

Spiro was born and raised in Manhattan, New York City, New York. She studied acting at the Circle in the Square Theatre. After graduating from Riverdale Country School in 1995, Spiro moved to London, England where she studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art from which she graduated in 1999. Finally, after moving to Los Angeles, California, she started studying with Alfred Molina at the Odyssey Theatre.
