Jordan Reyne is an experimental musician from New Zealand, who operates across the electronic, folk, industrial musical genres. She combines vocal melody with narrative and urban "found sound" to do what she describes as "recreating the sonic context of characters".
She has been nominated three times for a New Zealand Music Award and released five CDs with the assistance of Creative New Zealand, the New Zealand arts council. She performed with a live band between 1999 and 2005 which she called "Dr Kevorkian & the Suicide Machine". Two of her CDs were also recorded under this moniker, which gained her attention and a following internationally in the darkwave music scene.
Jordan relocated to Germany in 2006.
