Jordan Cooper Danks (born August 7, 1986 in Austin, Texas) is a center field prospect for the Chicago White Sox. Jordan graduated from Round Rock High School in Texas in 2005. Danks was drafted in the 19th round in the 2005 Major League Baseball Draft by White Sox, but chose instead to attend college and play for the University of Texas baseball team. Danks was drafted again by the White Sox in the 2008 MLB Draft, this time in the 7th round.
His brother John Danks is currently a starting pitcher for the White Sox.
