Joo Koon MRT Station (EW29) is a proposed above-ground Mass Rapid Transit station on the East West MRT Line in Singapore as part of the Boon Lay extension announced by the Land Transport Authority in December 2004 to help people working in the Jurong Industrial Area travel faster.
With this station ready in 2009, this station will be the western terminus of the East West Line instead of Boon Lay MRT Station.
The station will also be linked to a future air-conditioned bus interchange next to the station in 2009 when the extension is ready. The station is also close to the Singapore Discovery Centre and various military camps.
By 2015, the East West line will be extended to Tuas. A 14-km extension will be built westwards to Tuas, with five stations.
