[edit] Comparing dates
Regarding this comment of yours: you might find it informative to compare the date when the article on me was created (February 9, 2006) with the date of my first edit here (August 21, 2006) and the date on which I posted about finding an article about me on my blog (August 20, 2006). I have not edited WP under any other name. So your bad-faith assumption that the article about me was created solely because of my presence here at Wikipedia seems untenable unless you think someone has access to a time machine. In fact, the reverse seems to be true: the existence of an article about me was what caused me to start paying more attention to Wikipedia. Given the attitude you've shown so far, I don't expect you to apologize, but I think you ought to. —David Eppstein (talk) 00:14, 27 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] April 2008
Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, we would like to remind you not to attack other editors, as you did on Talk:David Eppstein. Please comment on the contributions and not the contributors. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. With regard to your comments on Talk:David Eppstein: Please see Wikipedia's no personal attacks policy. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Note that continued personal attacks will lead to blocks for disruption. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. Ashanda (talk) 20:31, 28 April 2008 (UTC)
