[edit] Image Copyright
I noticed you uploaded Image:Translation.gif.I wondered if you could elaborate on the source and copyright status of the of the image. You can contact me on my talk page. Cheers. Burgundavia 07:22, Apr 21, 2005 (UTC)
- I see from [1] that the scan is from a book in 1990. So the original text is in the PD, it is iffy whether or not that image is. You needs substantial new content to eligible for copyright. What I would do would be to email the webmaster and confirm the source and the copyright status. BTW, you can sign your name with ~~~~. Burgundavia 21:27, Apr 21, 2005 (UTC)
- Just licence it PD. Also on the PUI page, mention that you have done so. Burgundavia 11:02, Apr 22, 2005 (UTC)
- I will remove it from the Possibily Unfree Images (PUI) page. Don't worry about that. Burgundavia 15:43, Apr 22, 2005 (UTC)

[edit] The Brothers Karamazov
Congratulation on the The Brothers Karamazov on the main page. Don't be disappointed it was the day the server was down, when I'm there all one gets is vandalism and reversions. Its a great article, and the speed it went through FA and on to the main page is thoroughly deserved and a credit to you. Giano | talk 19:31, 7 Jun 2005 (UTC)
PS: Ahh; I see you still had your fair share! Giano | talk 19:31, 7 Jun 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Image source
Hi, could you state the source and possible license of Image:Large5th.jpg? If it is taken by you, you may license it under GFDL by adding a {{GFDL}} tag on the image description page. Thanks. –Mysid (talk) 07:21, August 29, 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Karamazov
I have suggested that The Brothers Karamazov be reviewed at FAR. Since you nominated it at FAC, I thought that you should be informed. Awadewit 04:24, 16 April 2007 (UTC)
