I can't help it, it's just the way I am.
I am Jon Harald Søby. I'm one of the Wikimedia Foundation Stewards. My "home Wikipedia" is the Norwegian Wikipedia, where I currently (March 12th, 2007) have some 54 500 edits. There, I have mostly contributed to the subjects Nauru and Queen, but have also done quite a lot of maintaining (I am among other things the "featured article guy" over there).

- They ask those insane questions
- They have a cabal of people who vote no for any/no reason whatsoever
- They generate pages of discussion second guessing worse than any shrink would ever dare
- They waste everyone's time
- It's factionalised, with various voting cliques. (by Werdna)
- The w:WP:RfA process is so broken, board members can't pass it (see this close call)
- Vandal-patrol mavens are the only ones left voting yes for anyone
- It's stupid (by Werdna)
- It sucks (by Werdna)
- If anyone is a good WP contributor, they don't have time for WP:RFA
- WP:RFA encourages character assassination in every direction
- Unrelated things (normal learning curve stuff) is dredged up incessantly
- The process is designed to prevent giving tools to the people that use them
- It sucks.
- It's stupid.
- The WP B'crats are a "Bad Cabal" (as opposed to this, the DvortyCabal...the Good Cabal.)
- They are like Chinese Water Torture. (by Werdna)
