[edit] Prod

I removed the prod tag; I stumbled on this article through the list of prodded articles for the day. Jones is a popular brand of soda (at least in my area), and I admit to finding this list quite useful, as they have a rather bewildering array of flavors. Similar lists exist for, say, Ben & Jerry's flavors and Häagen-Dazs... Chubbles1212 08:36, 11 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] What part of the Alpha Centuri star system are these drinks popular?

Actually, I realise it is likely to be in the North American continent - most probably the United States. I make this assumption on the basis of the flavors (note American spelling, even though as a Brit I would spell it flavour) and the fact that some Americans think that the USA is the whole damn world and can't be bothered give little details like where, when, which, how and why. A for enthusiasm, but Z- for clarity.LessHeard vanU 21:09, 10 January 2007 (UTC) ps. Yeah, right, I'm pissed off.

After calming down I got the info from the main article, and put it in. However, it is important to give some context to sub articles; not everyone is going to go to all the links.LessHeard vanU 22:16, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
Yet it's a non-American who "can't be bothered" with finding out about something popular in another country... --

Lighten up, a simple oversight on date and location isn't a large ethnocentric conspiracy against non-usa countries. Heck, the company was founded in Canada. Chapium (talk) 18:03, 9 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] It's Amazing

It truly amazes me that companies like this stay in business. How can this be? Do people drink the soda? I just can't picture somebody drinking BROCCOLI CASSEROLE soda. I just have to ask in what places are these drinks popular? Golden Gash Bell —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.239.2.218 (talk) 02:42, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

From what I understand, flavors like Broccoli Casserole are a gimmick during the holidays. People love the variety of unique flavors that Jones offers. When they see something bizarre like that they have to try it out. It is kind of a "what will they think of next" mentality. Bizarre flavors make good gag gifts as well. [edit] Tidying up a bit

The main Jones Soda article discusses the evolution of the flavors the company has introduced. I think for the simple list of flavors including what years they were offered is irrelevant. Removing these I believe would make the list easier to read and would reduce some of the redundancy. Chapium (talk) 18:07, 9 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] International..

These drinks seem to have recently appeared in Ireland, within the last 4 months.

Only flavours (with a u!) availible are Red green and blue. red is fufu berry, i'm drinking it now, quite yummy it is too. don't know what the other ones are. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.43.219.35 (talk) 20:14, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
