[edit] 37 of 128 games for Newcastle is a myth
Please note that the snippet that he played 37 of 128 games for Newcastle, though much repeated, is nonsense. He was only there for a season and a half. I saw an explanation of how this much repeated "fact" may have been derived once. It was something along the lines of 128 being the total number of league games he had played up to the time he left Newcastle and 37 being... well I can't remember. 62.31.55.223 12:43, 3 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Worst written article
This has got to be the worst written article I have ever seen. Can someone with a bit more knowledge of the man and a bit more time than me please rewrite. The trial part is clearly pulled straight off a news story of the time. Jimmmmmmmmm 18:48, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
- I've removed the trial section as I agree, it was clearly a copy-and-past job. But I'm not a Woodgate expert so it would take someone with more knowledge to rewrite the article more fully. I do have to say though that if this is the worst article you've ever seen on Wikipedia, you've led a very sheltered existence here! Angmering 07:37, 25 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Racism.
It seems no one has written anything about his numerous racist remarks. Here's the source. http://www.socialistworker.co.uk/art.php?id=12673 138.253.201.75 (talk) 04:38, 7 December 2007 (UTC)
It probably should be included,It already is included in the Leeds United section, though I'd definately like to find a less biased source (BBC for example) than the Socialist Worker. --Simmo676 (talk) 13:29, 7 December 2007 (UTC)
