[edit] Draft info and a few other notes

Hello - i gave the article some structure so that the lead section was clearly identified. Perhaps this will help settle the draft dispute. What is the issue here? I can't see it within the past few reverts. I see no changes that would warrant anything serious. There should be those extra spaces between the infobox and the heading. And the actual text of the first para and its changes between edits appear to be insignificant. So what's the issue? Pats1 02:00, 30 August 2007 (UTC)
