I'm not an expert on the copyright of wiki, but I took it the image had come from the wiki translation already present in the Chinese dialect on Goforth. As the one who entered the Canadian aspect of his biography from Presbyterian Church in Canada documents (obit, General Assembly Accounts, etc.) I will and here have provided them--I did send a "thank you" note to the one who started the entry.
