Should this be linked to the main page due to his recent suicide? -- anon. user

I think the way he committed suicide (by hanging) is a legitimate fodder for the article. Not the grisly details (as someone earlier mentioned), but just a statement of fact. What does everyone else think? --Raul654 22:26, 6 Dec 2003 (UTC)

I don't think that saying someone died in a particular way (which is all that the article said before the removal you mention) is either a particular detail, nor is it 'grisly'. Further, I think that it would not abnormal to mention the way that people commit suicide in articles about them (Kurt Cobain, Boudicca, and Alan Turing come to mind).

I think it is something that shouldn't be left out. sik0fewl 05:47, 23 Feb 2004 (UTC)
Actually, I came here to ask how he went about doing it ... only to see it above. I know I'm weighing in 'late', but I agree that – as a matter of fact – it should be added to the article. And what sort of death isn't grisly? E Pluribus Anthony 18:27, 11 December 2005 (UTC)
Wait to reply to a 2 year old comment ;)
In point of fact, the article does say he hanged himself. Raul654 18:30, 11 December 2005 (UTC)
Ah! Not only am I tardy, but I'm blind ... in any event, I think I've consolidated the notions effectively and clearly (I also noticed your edit; I think we crossed paths ... my regrets.) E Pluribus Anthony 18:41, 11 December 2005 (UTC)
Hey there. Just a note: the only reason why I wikified the date in the quote as I did (in US style) is because that's a direct quote from the press release ... in which case (I believe) that should trump wikifying and user preferences elsewhere. I also removed the second 12 November since it seems redundant: it's wikified earlier; however, I'm neither here nor there regarding that. I hope this makes sense. Merci beaucoup! I think that if everyone kept in mind the sole purpose of the site (which is to simply provide as much info as possible), they wouldn't have a problem with this.

I was about to add the film "Dumb & Dumber" to the Filmography list, as according to the trivia section of the Dumb & Dumber article Jonathan played the main child in a (persumably fictious) Pacific Bell commercial that can be breifly seen on a TV during a scene in that movie. However, I'm not sure such a brief apperance warrants a addition to the list and also I cannot find any sources to back it up (although have not performed a very extensive search). Therefor I will leave it up to someone else to decide whether the movie "Dumb & Dumber" should be added to the Filmography list. Canderra 23:47, 7 May 2006 (UTC)

Here follows a comment moved from the article [1]. I think it fits better on the talk page. I left a reference to that website in the infobox. Rjgodoy 02:27, 5 July 2007 (UTC)

Contrary to some Website reports, Jonathan stood 5'9" as an adult. The Website CelebHeights correctly states this height. 71.14.143.121
