Jonas Nordquist and Jonas Nordqvist is the same person. According to this page the correct spelling is Nordqvist. --Bamsefar75 (talk) 20:46, 15 April 2008 (UTC)
- What the .... I have never seen his name spelled like that. But a quick google search revealed this. But I think that we should use Nordquist since that's the name he has used during his career with Luleå, Frölunda, and Tre Kronor. --Krm500 (talk) 20:59, 15 April 2008 (UTC)
- In the NHL, he uses Nordqvist so I think we should use it that way and leave the 'u' for the Swedish Wikipedia. Thricecube (talk) 21:18, 16 April 2008 (UTC)
- 3 NHL games vs 245 SEL games. I guess the NHL has a policy regarding names, but it's obvious he prefers the U, I know many people who use an alternate spelling, even my mother do. And I think he is more notable for playing over 400 games in Sweden and several apperances with Tre Kronor, where he also won the World Championship in 2006. --Krm500 (talk) 02:22, 26 April 2008 (UTC)
