It seems the article is now just a copy and paste of the bio from the USPTO website. This is unacceptable.

There should probably be some discussion of the criticism leveled at Dudas's administration. This should include but not be limited to discussion of the now-enjoined new rules package and related packages, application backlog, examiner turnover, and Congressman Berman's inquiry into specific problems / questionable representations at the USPTO under Dudas.
